The attached cape secures under the arms with straps to shed rain and snow, while the snap-closed front features a snap-over windflap for even more protection. Two patch pockets have snap closure and side-entry pockets beneath. A warm, zip-out acrylic liner with poly fill gives access to two inside pockets.
